This property is located right off the highway making it easy for a stop down the east coast. The rooms a re.cleqn an comfortable and the staff is friendly and efficient. They have a free breakfast that has a wide variety of items for the family. The area surrounding the hotel has everything else you may need.

This hotel was close to where we were visiting. That was probably the best thing about staying here. It wasn’t very clean and smelled moldy. It’s extremely outdated and for the price, you would think it would be more modern. The worst thing of all is that I woke up to ants crawling on me and all over the nightstand where I had a few items (there was also a huge spider as well). I will admit the staff was very accommodating and responsive to my request to change rooms, however, by the time I was over it. The new room also had a door handle that was upside down so we couldn’t get into that room as we didn’t know it was that way until the front desk attendant came to help. After that, I really couldn’t rest and we had one more night to stay. There was also no communication about our incident although we were told they would adjust our total. I had to do that the day we checked out. Oh and I almost forgot about the front desk manager that had an attitude, I even asked if she was okay as she acted like she had an attitude the whole time she was checking in me and my family (we had a rooms). Overall I would NEVER stay here again. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz Carlton, but for the price we paid it was NOT worth it at all. I gave it to stars only because of the quick response from the guy working on 5/21/22 to change our room. Otherwise it would have been -3 stars.

Location is right off the interstate and shopping plaza with a Siper Walmart , Cato's, nail shop is in walking distance. There are gas stations and restaurants in walking distance as well. The hotel serves hot breakfast that isn't bad and the staff is friendly. I had a issue with the room and immediately was given another room and the manager was pleasant to speak to.

It was my third Holiday Inn x in a week. The prior two were great. This one not so much. Nobody at desk when I needed a towel for the pool/ hot tub. Hot tub was cold. Light missing in bathroom. I have stayed many times in your hotel type. This by far was the worse.
