Very disappointed in the used car sales team.. went in 2 weeks ago wanting to buy a truck.. they did not have want I was looking for but talked to 2 sales members and told them what I was looking for. They said they would look around and could get truck transfered from another location. I sent them a couple links to other dealers of trucks I was interested in.. other then them telling me they could not get those trucks brought in, i have heard nothing back from any sales person. one truck we were interested in on the lot but continuedto look around, we were never even called to let us know they dropped the price by $2500. so I ended up buying my new truck from another dealership.. very disappointing to say the least... however on the up side your guys service department is great.. I will be bringing my truck that was NOT bought at you dealership in for regular maintenance.... Edit from my last review...... Literally a week after this review I took my truck in for a chirping noise on cold starts and some other things I just wanted checked out for my peace of mind.. also needed a license plate bracket on the front.. I was told they would take care of it.. but not before letting me know I might be charged a diag fee, mind you this truck only has 18,000 miles on it and is under manufacture warranty.. they had my truck for 2 full days and told me they could not duplicate my issues... on the 2nd morning I went there to show them what I was talking about.. as soon as they bring the truck out it's making the chirping noise clear as day.. told them that's the noise... I was told they would look at it again.. I heard nothing all day and I could not get though to talk to anyone when I called.. so when I went pick up my truck after work... they bring to me with the same noise.. lack of customer service by simple keep me updated could have made a big difference.. oh yeah and still no license plate bracket.. very disappointed on how things were handled and makes me think if I really want to continue any type of business with them...do better

Do not take your car to their service dept. they will charge you for parts that they break and for repairs you never authorized nor will they tell you until you get the bill. When speaking with the manager Anderson Foster he was rude and did not apologize for it. He instead tried to say the car is too old and he could have had it towed out of there instead. He came across like an a$$. They broke the part yet still fight to somehow say it’s our fault. Like I told him, a simple call to alert the owner and gain authorization for the work is all that was needed. This is not how they operate. Their service guy Chris S is also an a$$ to women (read the other reviews about him) and will laugh at you when you ask why you have to pay more, however, Anderson praises this guy as the best they have. If he is the best then now I know why their service dept has such bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere for service. They are independently owned and don’t care how they treat their customers. *** in response to the blasé response below: no one called for authorization of the work or to advise of the situation. The fact is they broke the part and they admit this in their response below but don’t want to take responsibility for their actions. Their argumentative response comes off as them feeling justified in the ordeal and is telling about this dishonest dealership

You have to open up the system and remove the heat sink from the gpu, use bolts and new thermal past and clamp it back down firmly.

I purchased what I thought was a yearly Detail and re-application of upholstery, anti-rust a few years ago. I've got several years without issue. Then this year they said they no longer will do the detailing, the person that sold it to me no longer works there. They did cover the detailing for one more year but I'm upset that I will no longer be getting what I thought I was purchasing.
Yes. It won't help though. They pass the buck. You won't get anywhere. They'll promise to help and fix. Then will not follow threw. I've dealt with hauss, tim, Rachel and couple others. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's definitely worth saving yourself the mental anguish.
They have a very high turnover. Been going there over 5 years. The only staples are Rachel and Fisher. Who you do not want to deal with. Very unprofessional. If you try and say anything contrary to what they are telling you be prepared to be treated like a red head step child. Ask about Jonathan and where he went. Was there couple months and gone. I could name several others for you.
It is not the owner who responds. The owner is a very elderly man that has incompetent people running gladstone dodge.
