Don't listen to the negative reviews, I had a great experience. I came very scared and unsure what to expect. I was able to get in the same day (and they do answer their phone). I had blood drawn, which I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed, but the process itself was seemless. Then I was seen by the Dr that was very knowledgeable about any of my concerns (and patient). I had other side problems I wasn't there for and I was given referrals and info. Thanks to all of you this day, I don't leave very many positive reviews, but this one is deserved. I would highly recommend, thanks again!

I'm a Registered Nurse. I am very aware of our limitations and issues providing healthcare. This facility has consistently been rude, unaccommodating, and unhelpful. Their scheduling app has caused me to miss multiple appointments. During my phone calls to attempt to resolve this issue, I was talked down to and ignored. They snapped at my partner who was next to me, while I was on speaker, because "HIPPA" but again, I'm an RN and that is not how HIPPA works. I want to support and recommend PP, especially given the current state of healthcare. But I've had issues my last 4 visits, and I can't really justify my latest interaction with them. There are several non-profit hospitals in the area. I recommend finding a facility that will actually help you when you reach out to them.

There is a office manger by the name of Keondra she was extremely ghetto and very un professional over the phone. I have a implant in my arm that is very irritating to the skin and I been waiting for a appt for 6months now they HAVE NO DOCTOR HERE. This clinic is a waste and take people health as a joking matter
