They have a very high turnover. Been going there over 5 years. The only staples are Rachel and Fisher. Who you do not want to deal with. Very unprofessional. If you try and say anything contrary to what they are telling you be prepared to be treated like a red head step child. Ask about Jonathan and where he went. Was there couple months and gone. I could name several others for you.
From personal experience with a vehicle that my wife and I purchased, I can tell you of more than two or three times in which the service area tried to charge for services that were covered underneath an extended warranty purchase. In fact, there was a receipt that the tires were rotated and they were not. On top of trying to charge for that, the covered Services were not even done.
We have a long term technical staff. The technicians average about 11 years with us. Our service manager has been here eleven years as well. Our total dealership Google score is 4.3 stars. We always work to take care of our customers.
We get our Jeep serviced there all the time. Great staff to work with. I don't notice a high turn over. Been going there 3 years.
I don't live in KC. Was visiting and had an emergency repair. I was pleased and felt that I was.treated fairly.
