Has anyone else been experienced any attempt to be charged for services that were covered through a purchase of extended service maintenance with this dealership?

I purchased what I thought was a yearly Detail and re-application of upholstery, anti-rust a few years ago. I've got several years without issue. Then this year they said they no longer will do the detailing, the person that sold it to me no longer works there. They did cover the detailing for one more year but I'm upset that I will no longer be getting what I thought I was purchasing.

The coverage is three years for paint protection from staining or spotting from for instance tree sap. Three years for fabric protection to protect from staining from say a coffee spill. A sound deadner which insulates the under side from excessive road noise and provides protection from road salt etc. The final product is a lifetime rust protection for perforation rust through. The major benefit from Gladstone is we perform a reapplication of the products for the first three years to ensure maximum performance a d protection. We hope this explains your coverages.
