This a very convenient hotel. Right next to Washington square Mall. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The cookies were great too. The bed was a little hard for my taste but my gud loved it. Our room had a mini fridge, sink, microwave and a couch that pulled out. You couldn't hear traffic outside. The breakfast buffet was good. It was $11, but if I hadn't had a breakfast credit I. Wouldn't have paid for it. I've stayed atbither hotels where it was included. It was tiu basic pastry, eggs, Bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy. There was no one monitoring it, so I'm sure dishonest people took advantage of that and ate without paying Over all a great hotel!l AC worked great on the 100 degree day

Positive: Very clean and tidy with amazing staff. Location was perfect for where I needed to be . Negative: Just a shame that you now have to pay $11 for what used to be a complementary breakfast . Not really a negative but¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Called ahead to make sure the pool was open. Had 6 kids that wanted to swim. After checking in, unloading we were told that the pool had been closed for 2 years. So we found another hotel.

I have seen better furniture on the side of the road than what was provided in my "hotel" room. It is hard to believe that this is a Hilton owned property. It is also hard to believe that this is not a motel. I have been to a motel once or twice in my life and the condition of my room was was worse than a motel. I have attached pictures of the couch in my room for reference and I am ashamed to belong to the Hilton members club. Definitely switching after my stay here. Yikes!
