Staff is super friendly but rooms are extremely mediocre. The bathroom fan did not work, the wifi was unreliable, and there were at least two rather sizeable spiders lurking in my room, one of which ended up in my luggage. Also, the first floor is extremely noisy, as the hotel is fairly small and all sound from the reception and breakfast areas carries down the hall.

Good reviews must be written by staff. The staff sneak in homeless people into the inn very late at night, to stay free there. They're very noisy and some of the people they let stay there for free have severe mental issues. I was desperate for rest and recuperation and couldn't sleep at all. I was forced to wake up 3 times (the last being 4:30 a.m.), because the guests they're sneaking in were speaking very loudly, inappropriately and generally making a great deal of noise. When I attempted to ask the night clerk to help, she seemed far too timid and scared to speak professionally to the noisy homeless guests they allow to stay for free. The morning clerk was rude, inappropriate and tried to rush me out of the inn. They smoke marijuana openly on the premises making it stink. I was appalled.

Overall me and my kids enjoyed our stay. Except there was someone playing music extremely loud at 3am. But when I notified front desk it was stopped immediately. Breakfast was good for what it was worth. Sausage were overdone but hey it can't all be perfect. Room had some wear and tear but overall we enjoyed our stay and will visit in the future.

We had our child with us and got a room with one king-size bed (it was super comfy) and a couch with a pull-out bed that our kid slept on (slept great too!) and a jacuzzi tub in the room! There was also a pool and breakfast which was pretty good too! We had a great time and we recommend it! The customer service was really good! Every employee we talked to was very nice!
