This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I brought my laptop in for a repair, was told it would take 2 days to complete. Almost a month later, I hadn't received my laptop and was only told there is "nothing we can do". I finally canceled the repair and requested my laptop be returned. Over a week went by before I received it back after canceling. When it did come back, the space bar was missing (which it wasn't when I dropped it off), and I continue to recieve absolutely no help from the store. I have been an Apple customer for years and have never received such poor service like this before. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Take your products to any other Apple store besides this one.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. It was busy but we were helped quickly. Our Apple expert was very professional, thorough in making sure we see shown the products that were interesting to us, and we did not feel pressured into making a purchase immediately. Very pleasant experience.

I went in knowing what I was grabbing. It took less than 10 minutes to park the car, get in, make my purchase, back to the car. I really appreciated their efficiency and understanding that I was on a time crunch and didn't try to tack on a lot of extra options or ideas as I've had at other Apple stores. Plus the close parking and open area that Bridgeport offers, this may be my primary Apple store for the future.

A dystopian experience bringing to life a parody of Apple's infamous "1984" Macintosh TV advertisement. Misdirection, confusion & a sense of corporate instilled impotence will be the themes of your shopping experience. Stretching over a 3 hour period from entering the store, purchasing a new iPhone and being able to go home to your family. Just order online and be done.

Never mind - I made an appointment on the phone
You can set up an appointment or you can walk in. Either is fine but it's up to you on whether you'd like to wait in line or not.
Go to Apple. Com and they will help you and set up appointment
Yes you need to make a reservation
Ask them.
You can see a listing of the classes that are happening at your local Apple Store here :: - https://www.apple.com/today/calendar/ For specific questions you can actually typically find your answers in the iOS User Guide :: - https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios If you have a question that you are not able to find the answer to give Apple a call :: - https://www.apple.com/contact/ Worst case scenario is to schedule a Genius Bar Appointment and speak with a Service Specialist to resolve the issue.

You can call the main manager for the entire Bridgeport area and request information from him or her. On any of the buildings in their square.
Depending on the iPhone, you should be able to get a screen film installed. If it's an older iPhone, they may not have stock.
you can find this out by calling AppleCare. You can find their number on https://apple.com/contact

Sure
In my experience Apple will end up replacing your iPad entirely instead of repairing it directly so make sure you have a full backup of your data before heading in. You can schedule an appointment using the following page and I would strongly recommend doing so to save yourself time since waiting for a walk-in service appointment can take hours :: - https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ If you're unable to backup data because of the data and do not have a backup to iCloud or iTunes I would recommend reaching out to an independent repair shop in your area to see if they would be able to perform a repair without causing data loss. Check with friends and family then read reviews for their recommendations to make sure you're going to a reliable independent repair shop :D

Apple is able to restore devices to their factory software settings assuming there is no hardware failure. I've never seen anyone get charged for that service. If you want to give it a shot yourself they have a helpful article here on the process :: - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252

Would Apple support help?
They could help you out with that, yes.
You may have damaged the earpiece. What cleaning solution did you use
Make sure the side switch is not set to mute; reboot the phone; make sure sound levels are right in Settings. If all fails, yes, setting appnt online is a good idea, since I am presuming right now is the time when they are very busy after all holidays when people got their presents and want to learn how to use them.

I guess you people don't realize that Apple employees don't use this forum to answer your support questions. This forum is about general questions about the store itself, such as "Does it have free parking?" Or "Can i buy a new phone there?" Not "i want to make an appointment for 10am"...

30 dollars at the door
For most iPad Repairs Apple will charge you a flat-rate and replace your whole device. Depending on the model of iPad you have this price will fluctuate. Here is a table with their current iPad Battery Repair Pricing :: - https://support.apple.com/ipad/repair/battery-power This is a situation where you may want to consider touching base with a local independent repair shop to see if they can replace only the battery without replacing the entire device. To find a reliable independent repair shop I would recommend reaching out to friends and family then reading the reviews for the businesses they mention :D
Possibly, I'm a customer but know we were told we could make an apt or walk in. If you walk in, there may be a wait.
