Phone message is a scam. they keep you on Corp hold instead of putting you through to local store and make you listen to a bunch of ads and end it with Please wait while we transfer you to operator which is a recording saying "If you want your local store, please hit 2" Boom they answered...10 min it seemed like...GREEDY marketing. I am discussed but i have to put up with you bullying because I like the local store.

Ordered on line for pickup. Was instructed to pull up in front, text I was there, wait with my parking lights on and someone would bring out my pizza. I did all these things. The app said my pizza was done. Noone brought it out. I went in and they pulled it our of the warmer. When I asked them why they didn't bring it out they just said oops! No apology. I got the pizza home (5 minutes away) it was cold and burnt. No way anyone could have cut up that pizza, put it in a box and not realize it was burnt. They obviously just didn't care. Won't be going back.

I made a huge mistake tonight by not giving the correct address when placing an order to be delivered. It was too late once I noticed and I called the store to confess my mistake. There were two different people I spoke to, but they both were very kind and calm about the situation. They ended up remaking my order free of charge, and I want to say THANK YOU so very much for remaking my order when the mistake was on my end. I appreciated you guys so much for this!

We ordered pizza from here last night. I got a pepperoni and mushroom on gluten free crust. I ended up with severe food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea, and at one point I lost consciousness. With my eyes open. My family briefly thought I had died. My family had pizza on the regular pizza crust and they were fine. We won't order from here again. If anyone else wants to, don't order the gf crust. We think that was where the problem happened. If, like me, you have to have a gluten free option for medical reasons, order from Papa Murphy's or Pizza Caboose instead.

In my opinion they rolled out remodeling of stores along with online ordering apps and so to "answer the phone" (1%) takes time away from filling online orders (95%)and occasional walk-ins (4%) but this IS just my opinion and I don't speak for company - additionally, issues I have experienced have always been resolved online with app so yeah.
