They don't honor warranties on car batteries. I brought a defective car battery purchased 6 months ago into the Tigard, OR location's customer service department. They told me I had to pursue a warranty claim "through the website". I haven't been able to find that section and when I call customer service directly, after going through menu hell, the call goes silent and no one picks up. So, now I'm out $200 purchasing a new battery from a different store.

Mix of incompetent (unintentionally, just didn’t speak English) and rude staff. Came in with item number just looking for the isle my product was found on. Talked to 7 different employees who gave different answers and one wandered with me to ask other employees who directed us to the wrong direction. Ultimately they tried to convince me to buy something “similar” so I left and went to another store. Hoping for better service next time, as Home Depot is a great company, just didn’t get that experience this time.

I would advise that you call them directly
I know they have 1/4 inch not sure about 3/4
It's better to shop early morning. There is a limit so they have 2 lines one is for contractor and the other line is for everyone elsr
I would go with calling the store. I've had a couple times of the online sheet and shown up to nothing. Plus the "Yeah it shows it inline but it's not here." From the store people which is not on them ether. Super long story short. Call the store.
That's odd, I've delt with this store numerous times and have never had a story like this. You might have caught them of a really bad day.
No they don't at that one. But there is a small engine repair off Hall called Roy boy's that I have gone to and are good.
