The staff at Express Employment Professionals Tigard are very responsive in trying to find appropriate work for their associates, and are very willing to take specific needs or limitations into consideration when trying to find said work (I.e. disabilities, transit)

The process was fast easy, someone was there to greet me and explain the process quickly. Everything was straight forward, although the bulk of the paperwork was not explained thoroughly. Personally, I have been through quite a few temp agencies so I knew what to expect but it would of been nice to see someone explain what all the different forms I was signing meant. Also, they ask for your social security number & date of birth without explaining why they need it right up front without the potential hire knowing if they are even going to be hired. As I stated the process was fast & painless, both the front desk and interviewer had good, positive and focused attitudes, that was refreshing. However, I did apply early in the morning, knowing that few other potential hires would be present. I am unaware of the traffic at the Tigard Express office, but I hope that their professional. good attitudes & ease of the process is consistent with higher traffic & that there aren't just a few good characters in the office. It really does matter how temp workers are treated, often we are not in the best situations, so if this office gives the same experience to everyone that I received, I will definitely consider it if I am in need of a job in the future.
