had a great experience at the store. I was greeted and left to my own agenda. it’s nice not having people constantly checking in and when i was ready to ask questions, an associate was readily available. For other customers, if you see a cheaper option online or elsewhere. Bring it up with the team and they’ll see if they can match it. I was able to save over a thousand on a mattress order, and i was even able to schedule the delivery faster through the store than the mattress company’s own site. I love it, and all I had to do was ask.

Mor Furniture has a great selection to choose from for all price ranges. We were greeted at the door and given helpful information as to the layout of the store and where we might find what we were looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. We were shopping for a couch and loveseat set and when we had narrowed down our choices JR was great to answer our questions. It was a fun and comfortable experience and we can't wait to have our new furniture delivered.

Mor really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in fixing some issues we had from the furniture and ourselves. Overall, I’d say I can’t recommend shopping here enough. Their pricing is as competitive as it will get and their customer service is top notch. It took a little communication to fix the issues, but they took care of it beyond what they needed to. I recommend checking them out to see if they have what fits your needs.
