Overall, it was not a disaster. If you get a good price and the location is convenient for you, I would say it's fine. There were a lot of very minor things that added up to make the experience below average, though. Pros: - A large jetted tub in the main room - Decent price Cons: - Significant mold on the bathroom ceiling - One of the clocks was off by 30 minutes, which caused some confusion - Saw a large insect (house centipede) in the room - The room did not get cleaned - there was no communication at check-in that in order to get your room cleaned you need to specifically request it each day - Not much sound insulation between rooms - both bathtubs had drainage issues

Absolutely the worst stay! Very upset with how we were treated in dealing with our reservation! I was quoted one thing over the phone and sent and email and paid a different price than quote. When my family tried to check in they were told they couldn’t find the reservation. We left for the day and asked for our room to be cleaned and it was not. They advertise breakfast which is also not true. Over all this was a waste of money and truly put a huge frustration on our trip. If you’re looking for a place to stay that cares. They simply do not. Advise to anyone looking. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s absolutely unnerving how rude they are!

Positive: My first visit 10 days earlier was really great. Good room, great staff. Negative: This one-night stay was awful. The first room smelled like a nightclub from the 80's with smoke literally pouring out the door when I opened it. After going all the way back down, I got another room with mold in the bathroom. Seriously?

The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the first day the room was not cleaned, we asked daily to have the room cleaned and fresh towels. Reply was tomorrow it would be done. 5 days here never happened!!!! I expected the towels exchanged and trash emptied daily, every day was a new excuse. Really could like this place because of location and good price but we are now out of toilet paper and I have to go to the desk to ask for TP!! Won’t be back!!
