Short wait and amazing customer service! I had 2 bad axels on my car and I was having trouble locating 2 OEM axels for my Subaru. Sarah got my part ordered and called me when it was in. She took her time out to talk to me about the frustrating situation that I was having with Les Shwab in Aloha and gave me her opinion on what I should do about it. She has been in this field a long time and it shows. When I showed up i was greeting with a smile and Erik without me even asking was able to give me a bucket discount on both axels saving me almost $80 which really helped me out a lot. The service at this location was excellent and I will definitely be back and I hope to get either or both of these reps again. Thanks again so much!

Tried to scam me out of an air filter twice. First air filter, $40. Then they sold me a $20. It was a knockoff filter that seemed to be in the wrong box, i looked in the box and it was the wrong filter. Im glad i checked because the store was closing at this time (15:00)

Very helpful , allowed me to check my diagnostics in the parking lot. An employee came out twice to help me with my fuse box. The counter help a nice female employee took the time to look up my part and did get best to assist me.

Found "just right" license plate frames, replacement windshield wipers, tail light lamps (our car takes three separate bulbs - most auto parts stores seem to have just one or two). They were sold out of windshield sun shades, though, so a return trip is in the near future. Best of all, I get a @AAA membership discount. Who doesn't want to save 10% on automotive necessities?

Plexiglas shield between associate and customers. Items set on neutral space so no direct contact. No signature on smaller credit card receipts. Markings on floor to keep people 6 feet apart. And masks required of course.
Yes
I believe so. If you haven't already looked into the price of rotors, a lot of times they are only like 5-10 dollars more for new than to have them turned. Not always true though.
No they do not
