If I can give a 0 I would. Do not trust them for stay. The hotel condition is like a cheap motel - the conditions of room bathrooms are very poor. I booked stay for 3 days but had to leave in a day. I knew that may not be possible but checked with the front desk who spoke to the manager. The manager approved & I was told they would refund the unused 2 days. I did not bother to check but apparently it was never refunded. Now they tell me they are trying to run a business and there is no way they would approve. This is an untrustworthy organization. They will do whatever they can to earn every penny fair or crooked way.

This hotel is in Tigard Oregon but I think it should be in the land of awesome hotels. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, awesome service, and more. Do you want to come to Portland? I have a recommendation for where you should stay! Quality Inn in Tigard Oregon. So again, awesome facility in Portland Oregon.

I had great service, the breakfast was excellent for the price and there was great water pressure in the shower. The beds were however hard as a rock so if you like that it's a good thing. The mini fridge was also a very decent size. Larger than I expected. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay.

Hotel room was ok. We actually moved rooms 3 times before settling. The first smelled of cigarette smoke so bad it was unbearable. The second room we made it to it but the found a ground floor room which we asked for because we had our dogs with us so we moved again. Rooms could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly though. Found a few hairs on the pillows and a few other places. The staff was amazing though!! Friendly and polite and accommodating. Loved that they are pet friendly too!
