The carwash damaged my side mirror & then denied any wrongdoing saying it was like that before I came in. Please be aware of shady practices of this place.

Great place for a car wash and smog check, I used the smog check place multiple times, And I use this car wash at least twice a week. Great customer service, very friendly staff … one of the best in Orange County,

THAT IS A SCAM CARWASH. They rub you very nicely. I wish I could give her zero! I went there on Monday afternoon 7/11/22 for a basic wash. Right after they charged my card, they shut down the vacuum and a rude lady told us to leave because they are not open anymore!! If you know you are going to shut down everything, why would you charge me and waste my time and money?? Crazy people run this business.

Gets the job done, equipment is well kept which is most important with these drive thru car washes. No issues with customer service.

Generally speaking soft tops are not a problem unless they are old, frayed or decomposing. You can also request that we turn off the top mitter which we do for cars that have larger than normal luggage or roof racks. If you do request that we leave the top mitter off just keep in mind the amount of cleaning on the hood and the top of the vehicle will be limited. If there's any doubt at all I would not recommend washing it through the tunnel. We also offer a full service hand wash that costs more but it doesn't require you to process the vehicle through the tunnel.
