Aside from thin walls, it’s a peaceful community. Definitely a huge difference from living ion the East Coast. The staff are very helpful and work fast to meet requests and maintenance orders in a timely manner. Some highlights that are convenient for me are having in-unit laundry, the gym, garage and storage all on ground. Thank you, Erica and Axiom Tustin folks!

Have lived here 5yrs. Well run property. Colorful grounds, meeting/pool/BBQ areas. Agree with other residents that maintenance staff is grade A. Thank you Alex and Daniel for good repairs. Office quickly takes care of reported problems, eg. waste pickups were increased. Management informs us via email. Plumbing issues are tended to. Pool/barbeque areas are well kept and neighbors in my building are friendly. Waste pickups were increased increased after resident requests.

Been living here 2 years and overall it’s been great. The best part is their service. Danny Lopez in maintenance is one cool dude. He fixes everything on the spot as soon as you put in a ticket on the app. Aisha in the office is one sweet gal. She’s super cool and will help you with all your questions with professionalism and class.
