Been living here for a year and I am moving out due to buying a house. I must say this apartment complex is one of the best I've lived in. You get what you pay for living in an Irvine Company complex. They just remodeled all of the commons areas (e.g. pool, gym, mail room, etc.) I lived in a one bedroom with a loft and a 2 bedroom/2 bath with my wife. We have loved our experience. Maintenance is quick and effective, our unit was quiet, Doordash and deliveries had no problem getting in and finding our unit. A lot of animals, people going on walks, etc. Young professionals, young families, empty nesters, etc. all will thrive here. We wouldn't be going anywhere if it weren't for the gift of being able to buy a house. Take care Amalfi and thank you.

The Amalfi Apartments are the nicest complex I've ever lived in. It was barely built a few years ago so everything still looks new. It is mainly professionals who live here and most people respect their neighbors. For instance, you could have a package dropped off on your doorstep and five days later it would still be there. I know VERY few apartment complexes where this would be possible. At most places, they would be stolen after a day or two. I'd give it 5 stars but I think it is a little too pricey with the constant yearly increases. But to be honest, I think that is the main reason it remains so nice here... you have to be pretty well off to afford to live here and that keeps most "undesirables" from ever moving in. My only other complaint would be security in the pool area. I wish they were a little more strict with checking if only residents and their 1 or 2 guests are using it. Several times during the summer our pool or BBQ areas will have a bunch of people we've never seen before and obviously don't live here, bring their families 10 people deep, and take over an area while blasting loud music and making a mess of the BBQ areas. It's disrespectful to the residents who live here and follow the pool rules. As far as noise, at least in our building, there are no loud disrespectful neighbors blasting music or having constant parties. I'm sure it happens somewhere in the complex at times, but those residents never last and are eventually kicked out or move out. It is a dog friendly complex and very clean. Certain buildings are for non-smoking residents only which we greatly appreciate. The amenities are top notch and friends are always impressed when we throw a BBQ in the main courtyard. Parking isn't ever an issue for us or our guests. I feel safer knowing both the complex itself is gated and each parking garage is too. Every neighbor I've ever come across is usually very friendly. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly as well. Any issues we have brought up are usually taken care of in one or two days. I also appreciate that everything can be done online through their portal. I used to hate writing a check or getting money orders for rent and dropping it off with the leasing office. We have lived here since they built the place and every time we look for another place to live, we can't find someplace that matches Amalfi feature for feature. Sure, I can find a cheaper place anywhere, but it wouldn't have everything we have grown accustomed to or be as nice or clean as this place. I highly recommend Amalfi if you are tired of always having to look for parking or deal with rude neighbors in your current apartment complex.

Don't go to see the staff in the office. Sales staffs are not that helpful. lackadaisical lazy, and robot-like, only answers the same thing, and says unhelpful things without solutions. If possible do everything online through the website. Feel sorry that Irvine company is hired to paying them...

Omar is a great asset for this place, he always fixes any issues with your apartment. Not sure I’d stay here if he weren’t fixing the constant problems that arise. Kudos to him.

If u have to nickle and dime by calculating utilities, this place may be too much. It's not a budget friendly place. First year I was at 2k, the 2nd year for the same place it went up 300. $2,300 plus. With utilities and internet, it's over $2500 for a 1 bedroom apt. Is it worth it? Yessss! But if ur budget tight, it's gonna be stressful.
