My name is Maria and Im a tenant here at Tustin Cottages. I want to bring to your attention that the office lady Claudia is displaying inappropriate misconduct very unprofessional. She has consistently displayed rude and negative behavior to all tenants in our community. All bad reviews are getting deleted. Things are not getting done in this community maintenance at the property is neglected. Pictures of the trash being overly filled have been deleted. So many things are going wrong it use to be a fun clean environment until companies changed. Cooperate won’t do anything they don’t listen to you. Don’t even bother making a complaint to the manger here it won’t get handled. I’m sure my review will get deleted so I’ll be make sure to save it!

If you are in the market for a poorly managed, rude property management staff, lack of policy enforcement, ROUTINE disturbances with police involvement, filthy pool area and the complete absence of pride in the property this place is for you! IF not, stay away! This place is horrible and lacks any resemblance of peaceful living.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I work in property management and would never treat someone the way I was treated. Not only do they not abide by fair housing laws but they talked down to myself as well as my partner. We were soooo excited to view this this place we found it online and decided to make an appointment right way. We arrived early so we walked around and found the unit that was listed as Available now. We peeked through the window and loved what we saw. It also said online one month free on select units (mind you there are literally only two units available on line) so we figured one of those will probably have the special. We ask about the special and were told with the most rude voice that that no longer applies followed with laughter. Thats fine but maybe take that off of your site. Then we are told the unit tat says available now is not actually available and nor can they give us an exact date which again I get it I work in the business but maybe be a little nicer about it. She did take us to a unit but made sure to not say one word or tell us anything about the property. I am sorry that I interrupted your morning so you can do your job. Every single question we asked we were talked down to and felt as though we were criminals. You should all be ashamed of yourselves and I am in disbelief that such nice units have such awful reps. I will share my story to every single person I know because NO ONE deserves that kind of treatment. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!
