This is by far the worst apartments ever! The management office and security get some sort of incentive because there is a tow truck roaming around all day and night and the security guards only job is to tow cars…our guest have gotten towed over 5 times within 15 mins of accidentally parking in the wrong spot! They only have a few visitor parking spot available and even residents pay the liquor store $15/night to park their car.

The maintenance crew is amazing! Jonathan and Joseph are the best, they always go above and beyond to help the residents in every way possible. Ana (office lady) is kind of rude but everyone else is good. if you need anything go to maintenance, they're the BOMB

Ana and the entire staff at chatham Village have made this such a smooth transition for me coming from out of state with my family. The moment I walked in to the office they all greeted me made me feel welcomed to this amazing community they offer many great benefits such as a community room laundry room pool area and playgrounds throughout the spacious community I had such a smooth process with my application It was finalized quickly and efficiently I am so excited to be part of this community in Tustin where I feel safe welcomed and at home most importantly all of my living needs are met with many local spots such as Groceries stores restaurants and great schools near by makes it a prime location As I walked the community I quickly realized this was the perfect community for me and my family I love how clean and safe it is it’s a great place raise your family.

The staff are very understanding of tenant circumstances and are very pleasant to talk to. The maintenance staff is very on time with tenants repairs requests and are very nice and courteous to me. I really like living here, my neighbors are cool. Also, the Community Center is a blessing to the staff there is a good resource for our community here, and the food bank is a great help at the end of the month. Once again the maintenance department helped my household with minor repairs with dignity and respect. They can be like magicians they can fix anything, multitaskers. I appreciate the maintenance department for fixing the plumbing problems in my bathroom. Although he had to spend some time correcting the problem he had a great attitude about it considering it's the holiday weekend. The maintenance staff are always here for our apartment community . I am thankful that when any repairs are needed they are on it
