Ordered bagel bites. They told me they only had the chive and onion ones. Okay got it since that's the ones I wanted. They gave me my order and it had the plain ones. Ordered a sandwich on a an English muffin. They said they had no plain bagels to make it on, pointed out that it's actually on English muffin, they repeated they had no plain bagels. At that point we gave up and said okay put it on an everything bagel, sandwich was made on a sesame bagel.

I like Dunkin’ Donuts and I come here often. The only concern is they play loud music with very explicit lyrics which seems inappropriate. Today a customer had to kindly ask to turn the music down which a customer should not have to do. …
