First, the place was under construction and you had no where to pull in and park which they did not advertise. ALSO they allow you to book your stay with a pet. We drove all the way there from Chattanooga and they said we could not stay with my 5 pound dog. It was even on the booking I had a pet because I didn’t bring the dog in with me in check in. We then had to drive around and find another hotel to stay at. Luckily we were able to find the red roof in which was cheaper and nicer!

Please avoid this Hotel if possible. Please don't fall for their price. The hotel was in renovation and due to this, there was no breakfast, the pool was closed and there were no housekeeping services. Renovation is fine, but the problem is they never mentioned that the building is under renovation while booking. They mentioned it only when I arrived while check-in. I felt like I was cheated because they showed the amenities while booking that really did not exist. The room also stinks (like public urinal) and I had to complain and get it changed. They were kind in at least getting it changed.

We just stayed there 14-17th of this month (AUG) Room was super nice & cozy! ABSOLUTELY BUG FREE Super nice at the front desk. No pool & no breakfast! Price was not to high! The only down fall was it’s under construction & there was absolutely no parking at all! Super packed on weekend with no where to park at all!!! Week day not so bad there was plenty of parking. The construction was not loud just the equipment was in the way & there is dumpsters in the parking lot. The beds were clean but felt sticky but the was super comfortable other then the sticky feeling. Front desk said should be done by end of September. If you are okay with construction I recommend this hotel! I gave 3 stars because of parking it was very hectic the whole parking lot is a hot mess again equipment makes it very complicated!

The room was nice but small recently renovated. There was construction everyday which took up all the parking and no pool or breakfast as advertised. The worst part is none of this was disclosed through booking or emails with the hotel and no discounts were offered for the numerous inconveniences. It will probably be nice when the work is done but until then I would avoid it.
