I use this location frequently for my business trips. Great staff and their courtesy shuttle picks me up from my home which I greatly appreciate. Every rental has always been smooth and efficient.

Definitely coming back. Vince was excellent, took great of me and also answered all my questions about the rental. I've been burned in the past by other rental companies but Vince and the staff at Enterprise were straight forward and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. No surprises, just fantastic customer service and a great experience.

Enterprise took a "pre-authorization" on my credit card, not a deposit. A pre-authorization allows the merchant (Enterprise) to later charge your card up to the pre-authorization amount, guaranteed by your credit card company. Because it isn't clear if you will have the car for the period exactly stated in the beginning, and because you might not fill the tank, and because of many other reasons, the pre-authorization is always more than what you expect at the onset to pay for the vehicle. For me, my charges have always come in as expected. When Enterprise charges your card for the final invoice amount, the pre-authorization claim against your credit card will be lifted. Pre-authorization is also commonly used at hotels. Some restaurants also use pre-authorizations, which live for a really short time (the time it takes for you to specify the tip).
No transportation provided by Enterprise back to the airport. The walk is about exactly one mile, mostly sidewalks, but a few asphalt sections.
As there are no shuttles, Ubers and Taxis hit the #1 list for getting from the airport to the off-site Enterprise company. Of course, you can get a car at the airport for nearly double the price. For a weeklong rental, your compensation for walking is about $200, which isn't bad if you're up for making the one-mile journey.
I think they will pick you up in the rental car.
Yes when you rent from enterprise they will give you a ride anywhere you need to be.
