Zero star not an option. Travis, assistant manager and team lack basic customer service skills. Additionally, district manager, Jamie, must be inundated with many customer complaints that prevented her from reaching out to me (reached out to her days ago). As a frequent business traveler, the Palm Springs, CA location is an embarrassment to the Enterprise Holdings and the Taylor family.

Online it shows that enterprise/national close at 11:30pm, how can I pickup a rental if my flight leads after midnight
Park it in the return drive, note the fuel level and mileage, (I always take photos to show there was no damage) then put the key and the folder with the mileage/fuel data in the box on the counter if no one is there.
Just follow the signs for rental returns, and for National. There will be employees out to look the car over and who will take the keys. Its very easy.
Of course. I would contact the source agency to arrange the swap. Do not expect the decision made by one agency to be corrected by another. Make sure to get a confirmation number ahead of time.
