No phone number to the store, to find out information you have to go to the store. My experience took 10 days to get the information I needed.

After dealing with the Spectrum store on Norfolk down near Palm Bay Road, I came here to see if I could get assistance. This store actually helped and I did not hear, "oh you have to call customer service. We don't do that here." Which I was told from this store they do. We spoke for a while and told the person (Mary) what I was going thru in regards to Spectrum Mobile. I had issues getting the promotional deals. 3 times Spectrum had strewed them up. And each time I had to send a phone back to have re-ordered to get the promotional deal but they could never get it right. At the time I was here, I was already waiting for them to finish my return which I have to wait on until I can do anything more. After tell Mary what was going on, she had offered to have the phone I wanted put on hold so once my return was completed, I could go to Viera store and get it and do the upgrade there in the store and not have to re-order again. But again the return process was screwed up and I am having to wait longer. So I called the store and told them the phone they were putting on hold for me can be let go because I am going to no longer be a Spectrum Mobile customer. The company has no clue what they are doing. Stay away from the mobile side. As for this Viera store and Mary here, went above and beyond what was needed and expected of them. But now it was not enough to keep me as a customer. As soon as the return is fix/completed, I am taking my business else where.
