It was my first time coming to this location and I had a pleasant dine in experience. Place was clean and so were the restrooms which is a big deal for me. Food was tasty and didn't take long to come out the kitchen. Staff was friendly and our server, Vanessa, was very attentive and nice. My husband got a long beach drink and wasn't too pleased cause it was sweeter that anything else and couldn't taste the alcohol in it, other than that we had a good time.

COUNT YOUR WINGS , they will give you 20 wings and saying it’s 30 try to scam customer , when we ask the server to count , they keep saying it’s 24. Wow , we waited 2 hours here and that’s what we get ? And the server has a bad bad attitude with a face when we say its the wrong count. Just don’t come to this place, go to other restaurants instead.

Went to this location at 1:15 , there was no wait to get a table. 3 of us all ordered wings, and it took over an hour and a half to get them. 1 of the members in our party ordered a red bull, our waitress Bridget took 15 minutes to bring it …Hey Brandon. Just to be clear, I love BWW. But, it's been a very disappointing experience to say the least.
YES THERE SERVICE WAS POOR & VERY SLOW. WHEN THERE'S A BAR IN THE BAR SEATING AREA. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE 2 GET UP & ORDER YOUR OWN DRINK AT THE BAR. INSTEAD WHEN YOU'RE SITTING IN THIS AREA YOU HAVE 2 WAIT FOR THEM 2 COME 2 YOU TAKE YOUR ORDER & THEN WAIT LONGER 4 IT 2 BE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE. WHAT'S THE BAR FOR! WHETHER U SIT AT A TABLE OR THE BAR U SHOULD BE ABLE 2 GET A DRINK WHEN WANT IT. THEY NEED 2 IMPROVE ON THE DRINK SERVICE BIG TIME. DON'T SLOW DOWN A CUSTOMERS GOOD TIME!!!
I'm sticking with the buffalo wild wings in my area Puente hills the coldest modelo beer on draft and the rap lines are super clean and cold and the best wings around
