To whom this may concern, I came in today, March 11, 2022 to pick up an Uber Eats order to deliver. That is the reason why I came in. I DID NOT feel comfortable and felt on the defensive for reasons I could not explain from the manager herself, Farah Ikbal. It may seem out of the ordinary I could not tell if the manager herself was trying to play a control game, was annoyed, was stressed out, or just is anti-social because I am a very good person and that is currency enough to be treated right. It makes me wonder what other reason on my part that made her act in such a controlling way that made me think of the way sociopaths treat others, i.e. people putting on a terrible tough-guy attitude and just pushing them around. Or, I hope I AM DEAD WRONG, but she is Muslim so she might be working some way to just to get on non-Islamic people's nerves just to feel religious superiority. That's hideous, but I will give her the benefit of the doubt. If she can answer remorsefully and explain herself, I am willing to forget it. Well, it went like this. I said I was from Uber Eats when I came in. She noticed. She might have said something. I said I was from Uber Eats again. She just barked and said what is the name of the customer who ordered. I did not want to justify myself by starting a fight, so I did the humble thing and just kept my peace. Once she had the order ready I did politely ask for a bag because well in these days people want that around their food. In any case, she was hasty and callous and well unapologetic about that. I was a little unhappy about that last encounter. She could have been much more gracious and explain herself and her company's policies. I remembered at the end of my Uber Eats run, I did want to check out Pizza Guys' menu. So, well, yep, I went back out of curiosity. Here's how that went ... She was real jumpy and controlling from the onset. I can FORGIVE that one day soon but it has to change and I want to know why Farah has to be so controlling like. People just do not act like that to others anywhere or anytime, as far as I know. I DO want to pick up something ONE DAY from Pizza Guys but not in that state where the manager is just hustling you for you being you for no good reason. I felt under pressure, and well, I should not have. So, she just jumped out so to speak in a way that put me on guard. I said in clear English, I WANT TO LOOK AT THE MENU and she still asked "Huh?" I repeated myself and to ease her nervousness I said it a third time and even said I would take the corner to check it out. Goodness me! She was just annoyed, on-edge, or something else. It just did not feel right. She came across as PUSHY when she asked if I had any questions. I asked if her restaurant put sardines on the pizzas and even her answer still had some attitude in it as if I should have known she never had any. I kept my patience through that. Anybody else would NOT have. I placed the menu back and just left. She was just GLAD to her faith that was gone by her Have a good one line. I give this place at least three stars because it is actually very neat, organized, and presentable and the menu looks great which I did, as mentioned, looked through. Not bad overall. The cooking is worth trying. However, Mrs. Farah Ikbal. God bless you! What is your problem? Today was a great day except for this. I was in a very peaceable mood, but was that a sign of weakness for you? Sociopathy is a moral ill that needs to stop no matter what your faith is, and it is intolerable to good people whoever they are. Update 3/17/2022: In response to your long-winded, transparent, but ultimately deviating answer, I am not surprised you do not want to apologize. Again I am not surprised and anticipated that, but it makes YOU look very bad. You are, in short, overbearing and passive aggressive, i.e. hostile although pretending to be polite, which is wrong for anyone to be and will only IRRITATE good people who do not wish to play any dominance game with you. You know what you are doing.

The pizza was smaller than a tea spoon and cost 15 dollar. Though it tasted great the price is way out of proportion. --- UPDATE (15 dollar for a 10 inch pizza IMHO is still way out of proportion). Thank you for your response. I didn't know the pizza was on you, I assumed the school bought it. But still, something weird happened: instead of joy and gratitude for a free (and tasty) pizza, there is disappointment. I can imagine your disappointment as well, if you give something for free and a review like the one above is the result. For that I apologize. I think this is caused by wrong expectations. The name of the pizza could be found on the menu, but only in sizes of 10 inch and larger. Of course we didn't expect one that would feed the family, but we were expecting the small one, which would be dinner for my daughter. Instead we got one slightly smaller than my phone and had to find something else to eat as well. The largest ingredient of the tiny pizza was the effort you put in to create it. In terms of what you are giving away, does the extra three inch to make it a small one really make a difference in price? It would have made a huge difference in effect. Alternatively, if the coupon would have said it was a 7 inch pizza, we wouldn't have been disappointed either. I hope this helps. I appreciate the gesture.

Though it tasted great the price is way out of proportion.Hello Guillaume Hanique, the pie your order is our personal size that we give to schools to reward the kids for their academic achievements. This pie is a 7-in size but we do give this one out totally FREE on us and you did not pay us any thing for this as well. We do offer 10-in, 12-in, 14-in and 16-in as well and yes our prices are not cheap but our quality is the best and you can always ask for special at any point and we shall help you out with that.
