How many other guests get treated with bad service? And not say anything. My experience at the rancho location was horrible. And wasn't even on a busy night 3/10/19 at 6pm And Buffalo is my go to place for me and people who work for me. And family.

Just to be clear, I love BWW. But, it's been a very disappointing experience to say the least.

I called 5 times to the point where it hung up because no one answered and on the 6th call they answered and placed me on hold for another 10 min. I was on my way from work hoping they would get my order in so I can pick it up and go home. However, they didn’t answer until I arrived and now I have to wait 30 min in the parking lot for my food. I used to come to bdubs 3 times a month but now it turned into 3 times a year because of their service.

I didn't like the service either... they took forever to give me what I asked for... I got there at 11 and left at 1AM 😭😭😭 I waited an hour to eat...

I went at 2pm and sat on table 94 and the waitress made us wait 20min for our drinks and hour to order wile there was a couple that entered half an hour after us and they were eatting by the time that we got to order. On our way out there was a waiter that was very helpful and kind. If you go just be careful what table you get.
