Although I was there with friends and we enjoyed the atmosphere the food was lacking in flavor. While visiting the ladies restroom it reached as though it was though it was an outhouse foul gross and disgusting. Even though I brought it to the attention it was still not taken care of and later when I use the ladies restroom again it still had not been taken care of and we were there for quite a bit of time for them to have taken care of this problem. And I did not leave until I met the manager or supervisor no and I explained to her that this was unacceptable Even though I brought it to the attention it was still not taken care of and later when I use the ladies restroom again it still had not been taken care of and we were there for quite a bit of time for them to have taken care of this problem. And I did not leave until I met the manager or supervisor no and I explained to her that this was unacceptable. Panera is recognizably a name and they should strive to present the restrooms and the climbing fashion Panera is recognizably a name and they should strive to present the restrooms, always presentable. What a huge disappointment. Obviously if it was checked on a regular basis, why was this NOT Taken care of sooner? Arrived 5, left at almost 8ish.

Definitely do not recommend!! Placed a order they said it would be ready by 9:50 at 10:00 they let me know it was delayed. So I walk in I wait and at 10:15 they tell me they ran out of the bagel I purchased when I asked for a refund for the whole thing. They magically have the bagel I purchased! I left 30mins after my order was supposed to be ready! Save your money and time go to Starbucks!!

Came here on a weekday morning to study. Parking was easy. Located in small plaza w tjmaxx. There were plenty of seats inside. Few outlets though. Maybe 3 or 4. Ordering easy at kiosk or in person. Staff friendly. Handsanitizer by the kiosk empty tho. Seems gross since everyone touches the machines. If u need a receipt order in front. Bathrooms fine, need code. Staff were all masked. Lots of 50+ yr old customers. Food and coffee tastes like every panera. Consistent.

They were out of almost all the bread. The girl offered me a chocolate chip bagel for my son's turkey sandwich (?). Ended up finding sourdough bread and we both got sourdough bread for our sandwiches after a painful conversation with the girl at the register who seemed a bit clueless. I ordered the Chipotle chicken Avocado melt and was given this Avocado (see picture). When I went back and asked for another Avocado that wasn't rotten, took 4 people to finally approve it. The sandwich had hardly any chicken on it and my broccoli cheddar soup was barely warm. By far the worst panera bread experience.
