Service was fast. Staff was friendly and professional. The only drawback was we had to ask for napkins a couple of times - we had fall off the bone ribs and a really thick and juicy mushroom burger. The food was great.

Sat at the bar and took about 5-10mimutes until someone noticed us. It was hard to tell if there was a designated bartender or if the waiter was doing both bartending and serving tables. Me and my guest ordered the 2 for $25 meals with the app being chips and salsa. After about 10min go by I asked a female waitress if we could get our chips and salsa. Hey the time it was brought out, our meals had already arrived. I'd like to also not that the entire time we were at the bar, there weren't more than 6ppl including us sitting there. The restaurant was not busy for a Friday night. As we ate our meal, we noticed a handful of groups standing at the front door waiting to be seated. They waited several minutes before anyone approached them to seat them. I had no clue where the hostess was. We even saw the manager take a glance at one of the groups waiting to be seated and he walked away. I ended up approaching the manager after we waited 5-10min to pay for the food. I brought up how it's almost like they don't have a bartender and he asked if they were just out of my site. I then pointed to his empty bar with no employees working it. He asked if I paid for my meal and I said no. He said let me take care of it. By taking care of it, the manager took $10 off the bill. It was a horrible gesture of customer service. I've never experienced anything like this night at Chili's and the manager chose to fix it by throwing $10 our way. Thanks a lot.

First time here. The food was good,The service was fast our server young guy didn't catch his name. He was very attentive. I'll be back

Went last night for dinner. Our server was Autumn, she was very good. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was spot on with her recommendations. Would have given 5 stars except service was a little slow. Not Autumn's fault though, I believe they just didn’t have enough servers for the size of the crowd
