This Best Buy has been our go to electronics store and we’ve been a member for years. We buy most if not al of our electronics here and take them here when they need to be fixed. Shawn with geek squad is good at his job and very helpful recommend seeking his guidance!!!. My computer was struggling and he was very helpful in fixing it. I bought my first printer and gaming computer here the staff were able to suggest good options for what I needed and my price range. My grandmother bought her dyson cordless vacuum here and still has it I believe we bought it in 2017 give or take and it’s great. I didn’t know this until recently but they sell kitchen appliances and house appliances like cameras lights etc. for indoor use. Although they don’t have the largest selection of iPhone protective cases which I was disappointed about they still have a large variety of everything else that’s important. One thing to note is that their call center has been outsourced to an at home force so now you’re not calling in store when you call. Which I was confused about because I thought that I had called in store the last time I called. Maybe they switched after I last called. Just thought you should know that.

Whatever you buy, DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE at Best Buy!! I bought an LG refrigerator and 2 years later the freezer and ice maker stopped working! Not Best Buy’s fault but my advice is to go to an appliance store! So I was granted an exchange on my fridge so I went with a Samsung! By the time my refrigerator was delivered, it came with a small dent! The delivery guys did not even install the shelves or use the kit I paid additional for! Not to mention the rudeness ! Will NEVER shop here again!

If Best Buy sells it I buy it there !! At most places I don't usually buy the store warranty but at Best Buy I always do. It's cheap, fair and it gives you 2 years to get anything under warranty repaired or replaced If it gets replaced you can pay for a new warranty, on that item, for another 2 years starting over from that day ! It's a great deal As I said if Best Sells it ..... I buy it from Best Buy

Disorganized disheveled old store. It took me 3 hours to find a simple adapter cable because they have them scattered throughout the store. And even then they didn't have the one I came for because they don't keep good track of their stock compared to what's shown online. But an associate was able to show me where it was supposed to be located. Why can't they do that for the customer online like say a competitor does? It's because they want you to browse so you'll buy more product. That's what I cynically think.

They should. Call them and ask them about it if they haven't talked to you already. If they don't have any in the store, you might have to wait until they get more. The best thing to do is call them and ask. Because if there was a mistake they can make sure to fix it.
You can usually trade in or sell your electronics like laptops. Bestbuy doesn't sell ps3 consoles anymore but they do sell games online. I'm not certain in store
