Originally bought a bed from Sleep Number in Salem NH in April. They scheduled delivery for June 7. Confirmed delivery for June 7. Bed never arrived June 7. I received an email the night of June 7 telling me the delivery date was changed to July 26. Decided to cancel whole order. Went over to Sleep Number on June 8 and canceled order. While in Salem we went over to Bob’s Discount Furniture on June 8 and asked them to show me beds and mattresses in stock that I could get within 2 weeks. They showed me several. Found a bed and mattress we liked. Delivery scheduled for 3 days later on June 11. Gave me a link to track the delivery throughout the day. Bed came within scheduled time frame. Bed set up within an hour or so. Love my bed!

So we had stopped at Another mattress place. Although he was busy with a customer he didn’t really give us any direction on where we can look for mattresses. It was only one person and he was tied up with someone else. We left the store what a good idea or what prices were. After hearing about Bob’s so many times we decided to give it a shot. Probably met one of the best sales people in polite courteous and you could tell he loved his job. He helped us select what we needed and got us a delivery for the same week. I would definitely go back for more merchandise in the future

This was my first time shopping at Bob's in Salem, NH and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman that helped us was patient and absolutely amazing in helping my significant other and I purchase our first couch, for our new apartment. I could not have asked for better service. The Employee really understood what we were looking for and helped us get exactly that! I highly recommend this store to anyone shopping for furniture for their home.

My husband and I both agreed that the sales experience was great. We felt that Dan was available for any questions we had while not being pushy at all. We felt totally comfortable and are very happy with the mattress we chose. We were able to get exactly what we wanted.

I'm not sure but if you have the model number handy I'm sure its nothing Google couldn't assist you with . I recently purchased a mattress from the outlet and i mist say " feeble minded employees aside* the floor sample mattresses in Salem NH were so filthy it literally mortified me! So filthy I didn't even dare try my model mattress out before purchasing it because god only knows the horror that is breeding on the surfaces of those disgusting platforms ! Speaking of breeding I wanna spill my seed in FLO from the Progressive insurance ! Like the deserts miss the rain !
They do have warrantys on their stuff are you still covered?

Call them they will advise you if they remove furniture. They have a great customer service dept....SO CALL THEM

That's aweful! They shouldn't being leaving trash. If you notice this happens again ;maybe document time ,location, even license plate then report it to Bob's.
You can find one at about 20-30$ in outlet if you need a brand new one then it might cost about 80+$
