Positive: Hotel was clean and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was one of the best I've experience. Negative: Our room location was the worst. We were put right next to the kitchen and if the staff wasn't slamming cabinet doors shut at 5am they were talking in extremely loud voices about personal things. There wasn't one morning I could sleep past 6am.

House keeping knocked on my door at 8:30am, again at 9:36am, and entered into my room at 11:26am… check out is at noon! They would not allow me rest, at all. Disrespectful to have entered my room without giving permission to do so! Lesley - front desk RUDE! Upon checking in she had in her AirPods, literally screaming at me! Had she took out her earphones while on the job she’d have an idea of her tone! The hotel is nice but customer service sucks… Oh and weirdos are constantly wondering the parking lot, stopping people! Stay somewhere else…

0 stars for customer service. It’s night one. I’m on the first floor. It is not quiet. The guest have been loud in the lobby and you can hear it all. The guest above me have been walking around since 10:00pm and it’s 1:21am. Every step is like a loud banging on the ceiling. I called the front desk hours ago to get a room change. They said they were full and nothing could be done. They would call the rooms that were making the noise. I checked back and they said no one answered the phones so there is nothing they can do because they can’t leave the front desk. The front desk person was not very helpful and seemed disconnected and not concerned at all. Rooms are clean but if you are light sleeper and need quiet for the work day ahead this isn’t the spot. Especially sense the reason you book a hotel is to sleep in the first place! Would NOT recommend. Update: I spoke with a new front desk person in the morning and she moved me into a new room right away. She apologized for the other person working the front desk who was unbothered by the whole situation. I’m keeping it at a three because of someone is going to work the front desk they should be willing to help the customers. The other person who was working probably needs more training. Overall I’m happy with the new room. It’s quieter. If you want peace and quiet, don’t stay in the first floor near the lobby!

Start with the positives: Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and location is great. The pizza place across the street is pretty good too. Negatives: breakfast was horrible. Frozen prewrapped sandwich was half frozen. They did have waffles but the line was really long because everything else was gross. Negative specific to us....don't get a room that ends in 18. The elevator is on the backside of the room but sounds like it's on the inside. Ran constantly and buzzed the room all night and the door sounded like a door slamming all night.
