This is my all time favorite store to purchase casual/athletic clothing as well as camping & hiking gear. Their products are more sustainable that most other large comoanies', which is important to me. I LOVE the Tualatin location and can always find what I'm looking for, plus, REI's return policy is amazing. The person at checkout today, Olivia, was rude and not very welcoming, but most of the time staff are friendly and helpful.

What can I say about REI that you don’t already know? The staff is helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. The selection and quality of products is excellent. Whatever it is you’re interested in doing outdoors, this store is the perfect place to prepare yourself for a life of nature and adventure.

This has been our 'local' REI store since moving here in 2018 and we have had exceptional service here every time we go. Most recently we had a situation where the shipping carrier of an online order from REI had made a mistake, and the manager at our (this) store worked with me patiently and expediently to make it right and we were able to take our camping trip with our full compliment of gear as a result of his willingness to help along with a new team member. I also really appreciate how the folks at this store were very attentive to safe practices during the pandemic with regard to masking / ensuring folks have masks on, availability of hand sanitizer on your way in the door, and keeping changing rooms monitored and clean between folks' using them. Very much appreciate these folks and looking forward to this years' camping and hiking season along with your help! :)

Bought some new tires for my e-bike and attempted to swap them out myself. Turned out much harder than I thought. So I took them into the REI bike shop at Bridgeport. They swamped them for me at NO CHARGE since I'm an REI member. I had no idea. So amazed! Other stores wanted $30 minimum. They were great to work with and really appreciated how quickly they were able to do it. Thank you so much. Very satisfied member!!
