I had the best experience with Alex at this Target. He is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and the customer service. I could tell that he is a star employee and demonstrates wonderful leadership skills to his fellow employees. If I was his boss I would give him a raise!!!

I have called EVERY. SINGLE. OPTION AND EXTENSION. Yall, I'm pretty sure this locations phone is BROKEN, because even the HR and Starbucks numbers hang up, I've called appeal and tech and tigs and pickup for my online order and NONE of them answer, even after 6+ minutes, and all of them eventually hang up. PHONES BROKEN!

Absolutely the worse Target ever. Tried getting ahold of someone at this store to see if I left my wallet there on Tuesday the 3rd of May when I had to exchange my Roku. People at this store are rude and no help. It’s the 4th and I still haven’t spoken to anyone. Will be calling Targets Corporate office.

Drove 45 minutes for baby formula because online it said they had plenty in stock. When we got to the store we asked someone for help and it showed a negative quantity? Pretty disappointing when you can’t figure out how to accurately keep your own inventory…
