My friend from Qatar recently was helped by Anne McAvoy in Washington Square. She has asked me to submit a review for her because Anne was so wonderful. Anne was very helpful. My friend can’t say enough good things about her shopping experience. I hope Macy’s management will see this and reward her, accordingly. Great service is rare in the retail world, sometimes. Her service was impeccable and made my friend’s day!

Two weeks in a row, the sweetheart at the Clinique counter has gone above and beyond. They were out of a product and she helped get it to me incredibly fast. She was an absolute pleasure to chat with both times! There may not be tons of clerks or even dressing rooms available, but she has made it beyond worth it for me to come and visit her. Thank you darling.

Some things are way overpriced... They do have a huge collection of items which is good... But they need to display correct prices of the items... Unless you visit the checkout counters you can't know the actual prices... Even the app doesn't show correct prices... Also the employees working aren't aware of the deals going on...

I wish I could give Macy's a minus stars. Last night, I went to Macy's and purchased a few towels and had the sales person order 10 more pieces in that color, to be shipped to me. By the time I drove home, I had an email from Macy's verifying my order and I saw that the towels are anti-microbial, which I do NOT want. I tried to cancel order online immediately, and couldn't do so. So I drove all the way back to Washington Sq. today (I live miles away on the East Side) to cancel order in person. I'm disabled and it is very hard for me to walk. There were NO available handicapped parking spots and I ended up having to walk quite a bit more thank expected. No one told me that there was a 30 minute cancellation policy, and it was not on any signage at the register. A 30 minute cancellation policy is ABSURD. Now I have to wait for items to arrive, and drive all the way back out to Washington Sq. to return them. What a waste of time, gas etc. Macy's doesn't care ONE BIT about the environment, or about accommodating people who are disabled. One of the store managers offered me a $50 gift certificate but I turned it down because I will never shop there again. I have been a Meyer & Frank/ Macy's customer for 35 years, but I will never spend another penny in Macy's.

Yes. I signed up for Backstage emails to see which products are available for online purchases. It's new and slowly growing with more deals every month.
Most likely, you need to contact customer service and get the address for where to send your return.
I wish I could help with that. Could you call them?!
Mask & personal space
Yes
That is strange when you consider the positive customer service experience in the store
I think just a barber
I think only approved service dogs.
I find Bvlgari the most likeable. Although, judging by other people's responses, I guessing this question was a gag of sorts.
You can try looking in the office thats behind the backstage department. Someone could have turned then in up there if found.
