Like others posting here, I've file numerous 311 complaints of illegal parking and the police never came but they state on the 311 site that they have. This is while I'm sitting on a bench right in front of all the cars waiting for them to show up. What a bunch of liars. Makes me wonder if there's any use to report it to 311.

Someone sells motor vehicleaccident information at this precinct. Someone from a body shop showed up before the cops even did knowing information I told dispatch.

This precinct operates on what they call probable cause. So, since they really don’t understand the law you could be arbitrarily arrested at any time. I have had quite a few run ins with this precinct and they are a disgrace, to their badges community and the people they are supposed to serve and protect. Be aware to them their abuse of power supersedes your rights.

Filed numerous 311 complaints, each time they claimed to come and that vehicle wasnt there anymore. Not sure how they even do their jobs at all cause they must be blind since the vehicle was still illegally parked blocking me in. I'm assuming it was a fellow officers car as they only look out for themselves. They also give parking tickets when you havent even broken a law just so that they can take your money if you don't have the time to fight it. Ive already got 3 bogus tickets overturned in last year. Turning into thieves in uniforms. And not the good Robin hood type. Hopefully something good changes here but probably not. Needs new leadership.

So what you're saying is you guys can pick and choose so there's discrimination because if I'm driving about a car you figure or he can afford it or be nice this one bunch of guys that endorse a mayor that doesn't like the cops maybe that's the reason you guys park in cvs parking lot handicap zone yes I've a picture of that thanks to PO Edwards.
First off that's not in the 111 precinct it's in the 109 precinct and the time it takes for an officer to respond determine on how many other priority calls they have that day. Unfortunately a car accident is not a priority unless there is injuries. In your case you should call 911 again or just exchange information with the other party if your involved in the accident.
Well there's 2 ways you can handle that. First you can just keep it moving and avoid the confrontation so it doesn't turn physical. The second thing you can do is call 911 and tell them there is a disorderly person at the location and cops will be sent to the scene. In a situation like that tho the police wont be able to take any action against that person unless that person is making a huge scene in front of them and acting recklessly then that person can be arrested for disorderly conduct. Nine times out of ten by the time the police arrive the person is either gone or they are on their best behavior.
