If you don't have a pickup truck, and you ordered something heavy from Amazon or any other company, the USPS will not deliver heavy items the want you to pickup them at the post office. You pay for shipping but USPS will not delivered. They don even try, they just sent you a notification saying item to large go get it at the post office. I don't have a truck that's why I pay for shipping and handling.

two packages within a month spam are missing but said was delivered. i checked my PO box no yellow or nothing. they act like they don’t know what they did with the package or anything

I've not had any issues with this post office. Every employee I've had contact with are very nice. Even when a package seemed lost, they took the time to track it down for me.

Very important documents marked for redelivery with certified mail because recipient "was unavailable". They were home all day.

I went to post office and had the package weighed and stamped. After the date it should have been there came and went I called Fr. Irwin post office and waited an hour for someone to pick up the phone. They said the package was delivered but there but they don't know who picked it up. It definately was not my son. Nobody seems to know anything. Ridiculous!!
It's best to call and ask, services vary.
