Great summer time climb. Great views at top. Saw goats, marmots and lots of beautiful flowers along the way. Had to wait out a storm that went along the other side of the mountain under a rock near the top. Should have started at 6am rather than 8am and we would have missed it. Was my first 14er and not that hard. I’m 60, live at sea level and have juvenile diabetes - so most anyone in decent shape could summit this peak. Cant wait to do another 14er.

Honestly can't believe how beautiful it was. Best views of any 14er so far. At the top it's so steep down on every side and the valleys are so narrow, it's just crazy. Also it wasn't a very tough hike. The road to get to the trailhead was rough though but do able in a 4x4. Just expect to be driving on gravel for 45 minutes each way

Great hike. It was definitely one of the longer ones ive done out of the 5 previously done with the gf. Well worth it. Great views, and such great weather on July 4th 2020.

Beautiful, but very challenging hike. Amazing views throughout.

It's not to late, but the chances of severe weather become more likely. I would recommend a good GPS map so if it snows you can find your way back. Buy an In reach in case you get in severe trouble. And I also agree with the last post
