Please don't rent this place! These people rip you off your money! Charged me about 900$ when I was moving out are not returning my deposit. Rather than replying to my email, they sent me debt collection email for some stupid bucks, when I lived here paying my rent 3days prior every month. Such communities are the reason for increase in homelessness. Most of the time the parking gate was not working during the stay still they charge 125$ for "unsecure" parking, security cameras don’t do anything nor the doors. Parking on street was much safer than here. There is continuous noise in the apartments. The apartment water is dirty. There is always problems with hot water for showers!!! Elevators are always busy. Stupid fire alarms all the time. Only come here if you want to waste tons of your money and lose your peace of mind. Go to better places like Vespaio just down the street.

The building maintenance is always prompt and responsive. Josh is particularly friendly and very knowledgeable about the building, apartments, and appliances. He identifies and solves problems in minutes!
