Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I was a bit skeptical when my spouse booked us at a 2-star hotel. However, this was the cleanest and quietest place we have stayed in years. Since the room has laminate wood flooring and no upholstered furniture, it was impeccably clean. I suffer from severe allergies and had no problems whatsoever! We were also pleasantly surprised that there's a pool, pool table in the lobby, gym, and free breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot to stop and get some rest while traveling cross country! Room was clean and beds were comfortable! Wonderful continental breakfast to start the day off on a full stomach before hitting the road. Forgot who the gal was at the front desk but loved her energy and she provided us with a small care package for the road! If I’m ever passing through Cheyenne I know where I’ll be staying!

Only one front desk attendant and had to wait to get a room card since my digital key on my phone didn't work. I just wanted to get in my room to relax. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust vent so taking a shower results in steamy bathroom and see that it contributed to the peeling wallpaper. The shower door was also leaking. I liked that there was no carpet. The beds were comfy. During breakfast the pancake maker ran out of mix and so no pancakes for me. The sausage links looked sad and looked dried out. The scrambled eggs looked fake. The cereal was good. Overall the stay was accommodating. But could use some work for a $153 stay for my family of 4.

If you accidentally leave something in your room, don’t plan on getting it back. Customer service has room for improvement. My family and I were stuck in Cheyenne this past weekend due to road closures. We decided to stay here. We were here for two days and our stay was fine. We checked out Sunday morning and got 3 hours north of Cheyenne when we realized that we forgot our 8 year old daughter’s blanket (a blanket that she has slept with most of her life). As soon as I realized we left it behind, I called. The lady took my name and number but never called back. I called the following day and the desk clerk checked lost and found for it but it wasn’t there. She said that she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Again never heard back so I called the following day. They again took my name and number and said they would check with housekeeping. Never called back so I called and asked for a manager. I was sent to voicemail so I left her a voicemail. Never heard back so I called 2 days later and left her another voicemail. Still haven’t heard back. My father in law called and was somehow able to speak with the gm and was advised it was no longer there. As such, we are either being lied to or they threw it away. I even told them I would make the 7 hour drive to pick it up if they would just hold it for me. Not impressed.
