Room 204 was carpet perfumed to a disgusting level, trying to hide smoke and dog smell. The dog hair and multiple dog treats were visible evidence. I would have left the hotel but for the excellent handling of the situation by Jadera, who apologized and quickly found a fresher, upgraded room and kept our rate the same. Even this room is tired and worn, however, and the hallway had trash not picked up. While I have stayed here many times, I can’t stay here again and risk getting stuck with the only room being like 204.

Soap dispensers (Body wash, shampoo and conditioner) DID NOT WORK in room 319. They weren't empty, no matter how much you pumped, the soap did not dispenser.

This hotel doesn't seem that old but the carpeting had a 6 inch rip in the edge and a round stain in the middle and another big one in the closet. Coffeemaker didn't work and the liquid soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The bed was hard and the TV was the same size as my monitor at home.

Happy new year! I arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 am after a big snow from other side of mountain. The road to the hotel was hard and dangerous.(not cleaned at all on the road in the hill). But i was lucky and arrived my destination and got warm welcome of the hotel. Today is the first day of02022. Happy new year. The service team is great, the hotel is very clean. I like this hotel.
