Clean, updated rooms with good breakfast and hot tub/pool area. Close to dinning options in downtown Cheyenne. Carli at the front desk displayed great customer service. My husband left a personal item in our room. Carli had great communication skills and went above and beyond by dropping the package off at FedEx to send the item back to us.

Great check-in experience, but front desk staff acted as if they didn't have control over guests. We called down to complain about the party going on above us past 10 pm, and she said she didn't want to call because we needed to understand they were just kids having fun 🙄 Okay, and we're working adults who need sleep! Breakfast was really great and the beds slept like a dream, once the kids calmed down.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at recently, this place is hands down the best one! The rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly, restaurants close by, and we felt really comfortable here. Across the street from an active railroad track, but the soundproofing is impeccable. It actually made it fun to watch the trains. Price is a bit high, but so is everything else at the moment. We paid $206, but there are some prices online north of $300. In my opinion…..worth it!

Absolutely worst customer service! I tried Cancelling my reservation due to events that were out of my control and there was no need to come to the state anymore and they refused to cancel and not have my card charged. I understand Cancellation policies but if it is something out of a persons control, being charged still, is ridiculous. Do not ever stay here.
