Good hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast was on point. Not the hotel's fault, but those dang scooters on the side walk outside the entrance were annoying. Not a fan of the street clutter they provide.

This is not a family friendly hotel. Choose a different Marriott in the area if you have young kids. We arrived around 1:00am to discover the hotel got rid of all their pack and plays when COVID hit. They did nothing to find one and ensure the safety of my baby. After I called 5 other hotels, I finally found one (a Hilton) who was willing to loan us a pack and play. All of this was done without the hotel employee’s help. There are a lot of Marriott options in Cheyenne, I’m positive you’ll have better luck elsewhere if you have a baby.

Clean rooms, pretty good breakfast. I’ve stayed here 3 times commuting between Iowa and Utah. The pool was always under renovations so that was a bummer. They allowed pets which was great but now they don’t otherwise I’d give 4 stars. I can’t stay there anymore now and I have to find somewhere else with less convenient access to I 80.

What an absolutely garbage hotel… I would not recommend staying at this location. Upon checking in we were given a handicap room (we weren’t handicapped) with a shower that was dirty and not functional. The A/C unit wouldn’t stay on longer than 10 mins so not only was the room stale and humid but also the ambient noice from it couldn’t be used to drowned out the building noise. The noise from hallway and other rooms is horrible the walls are paper thin. I could hear every TV and conversation from surrounding rooms.
