Not sure about tomorrow, but Saturday-sunday they must work at this time of the year. No need to buy tickets online. They sell them right there in a booth in the middle of the park and there's no huge line.

They have like 2 rides that go fast. Bumper cars and a go cart track. So you can say yes for 15+ but the fun would end quickly. It's mostly for kids.

I think for the dog it might be stressful. Too noisy and too many kids. I've never seen anyone with a dog.
