Much prefer the other location and avoid this one as much as possible. Closing the other branch on Saturdays to rotate staff into this one wasn't the best decision. This one has Awkward parking, weird placement of the tellers, and drive up lines you have to commit too because you're not getting out of line once you're in.

This place is inconsiderate they make you stand outside In. Freezing temperatures no matter if your in a wheel chair or a driving a semi that wont fit through the narrow lanes And cant even plow the lanes from ice and snow. this place is horrible If I ever had a reason to not bank at wells fargo it was today. today's visit was horrible inconsiderate people.

Recently, Phillip O’Sullivan helped our family with some banking needs and he was considerate, timely, professional, humorous and kind. Because of the COVID-19, things are not ideal at the bank, so he was pretty swamped. But he went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We appreciate him.
