The person who helped me was not very friendly, I asked to have about 2" cut off the length & she proceeded to tell me the computer only says 1/2". Made me wait even though her station was swept & all she was doing was looking at a sales add for clippers & chatting with fellow coworkers.

I did the online check in and it was an hour wait (which I expected). I was able to watch the countdown on my phone and showed up just in time for me to be getting called up for my turn. Perfect timing! The gal that cut my hair was super friendly. I had major split ends because I’m awful with my hair, but it’s also naturally curly; she did a great job cutting out the splits and layered it so it looks good straight or curly. Definitely going back.

It felt like the hair technician didn't really appreciate her job. She cut my husband's hair in under 7 minutes. There are quite a few strands that she missed. He says it was all right.
