When I arrived at the hotel, the shower had only water. The front desk person did not say anything about anything (they were Plummer working on it then). The room was extremely filthy! I do not think they did clean the room, nor the sheets. The bed sheets and mattress pad were not changed. I see people's scalps (or skin??), hair, and something on the sheets and mattress pad. The pillow cover was dirty. Somebody used it for a few days and did not change it for a new guest. Disgusting! I went to the front desk to tell them, and I had to walk into the laundry room and get a sheet set and mattress pad, and I changed them! The air filter was on the shelf, and no filter in the place it was supposed to be. The toilet bowl and U-cover were dirty. I cleaned the U-cover before I sat on it. The corner of the room was dirty—used q-tips, dirt, hair, and small garbage there. I was cross country with my cat, and this was 4th night. My cat meowed through the night. It had never happened before when I stayed in the other hotels. I tried to get out of this hotel so bad I woke up at 2 am and left there at 4 am! I do not want to stay at motel 6 anymore. This hotel was the most awful experience I had ever happen to me!

The room was as basic as it gets, zero amenities! The tv did not work and the beds are broken down. You can feel the springs with every little movement. The highlight of our trip was being awaken at 6:00 a.m. due to someone screaming for 911 to be called. Oh, and not 1 room has a/c and the window only opened 3".

Had a reservation, and showed up to find our room was dirty, including unmade beds at 5pm. The maintenance man in the area saw what was happening and was kind enough to help us find another room - but he started opening other rooms and FIVE IN A ROW were also dirty. He called down to the front desk to have them make keys for the new room and bring them up. After 20 minutes waiting I went down myself to the office - waited another 20 minutes while the clerk avoided eye contact and ignored me. At one point the clerk handed off a phone call to a woman, who turned out to be the owner - she saw me waiting but didn't acknowledge me, ducking around the corner after she hung up. Then EVERYONE disappeared in the back. I finally spoke up asking if I could just get some keys made because I had to be moved to another room. I asked who the manager on duty was, and the clerk said it was the woman on the phone earlier, mentioning she was the owner. Finally got my keys and went back to my room. The floor was dirty and the cool function on the HVAC unit blew out hot air, and the WIFI was lousy, but the room overall was adequate. Mind you, it's a Motel 6, so my expectations were low to begin with, but really - customer service and basic courtesy don't cost a thing! I would advise travelers to avoid this one.

I will state first the 1 good thing. The man at the front desk who checked me in at night was very nice and was the only staff member to try and go above. My room was dirty the floor was so gritty and dirty my feet or socks turned black on the bottom from walking on it needs to be mopped! The sheets had mold them, when I brought this up to front counter at 8:45 am after 2 days of asking house keeps to bring me new ones and it fell on deaf ears, when I bring this to the lady at the desk on the 3rd day and show pictures, no apology was given, it was blamed on the painters.... I wait till 7 pm and still no sheet are brought until I call back up and the nice man from the first night actually brought them to me and he was the first to apologize, there was long hairs all over the blankets, floor. I'm blonde so not mine.... Gross, no shampoos or soap of any sort, the TV maybe would play for 5 mins than just kept going to no signal, the pool was closed, the ice machine down, very loud from train running right behind rooms, over all one of the worst stays I've ever had in a motel 6, in 4 nights maybe got 10 hrs of sleep .. I wish I could have gave a good review but outside of the one male employee who actually was pleasant this hotel, I do not recommend you stay here unless you can not find anywhere else. :/ I was so ready to leave I booked a Uber early to sit at the airport to feel more comfortable than I did there.
