Coffee station lacking all except mocha cream or powder. Bathrooms weren't the worst I have seen but not awesome. I just felt they weren't trying.

On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and his great Holy Spirit through Tyson foods Incorporated we wanted to say thank you for a very wonderful experience and a safe place to park. And we want to thank all the men and women that work at this pilot. The young lady that's making the cinnabons is so good at what she does has such a great attitude and all the other stuff that I came across were so polite and wonderful and what an amazing and clean store. And we want to get a five-star shout out to Mr Joe who is doing a great job with such a great attitude and always focused on the customers. Thank you Mr Joe you are a blessed into the pilot and flying j corporation.

The only reasons I gave 2 stars are the employees were friendly and the men's room was relatively clean. (Need to use more cleanser, though. What a dump! Hot food and beverage counters were a mess, full trash barrels and boxes of trash at the Cinnabon counter. Mop bucket full of dirty water in the aisle by restrooms, while several employees were behind the counter just talking.

The girl who works ar night is rude to her employees and customers. She makes it feel like an inconvenience store where everyone is just in her way. She dosent smile or greet customers with any kind of welcomed emotion. Her bad attitude is definitely enough to make me drive the extra few miles to the TA or Loves.We are happy to hear you had a positive experience.
