Sadly this is not the company that is going to be there for you. I NEED better customer CARE. This is a company in it for the money only!! And will not care about you as a oygen necessary patient!! The machines will cost you $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 dollars and absolutely zero customer service. I've had the G4 portable and the home unit now for about 4 years. And I've had to replace the portable twice now. They do NOT last well considering how expensive they are!! And I also paid extra for their "warranty " which is a farce! Please check out the other companies first!!! They refuse to take back their own equipment as trade in too. Even while trying to "car sales" pitch you to buy a new one!! And when they do let you return defective equipment they send you refurbished equipment!!! WTH??!! SO I'd say buyer beware!!!

Worst company ever. They won't return calls or emails if you have a problem but are very good at calling incessantly when they're trying to make a sale. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before spending over $3000 on a portable oxygen concentrator that doesn't help my problem. Special shout-out to Elizabeth Stephens (Customer Development Rep-DTP) and her supervisor Adrienne for their non-response.

Very shady company. I received spam advertising, like the kind that comes from Romania and links you to a virus. Their website is all bright colors and bold claims but NO EMAIL contact. Reading the rest of these reviews, I would avoid these guys.
